Fundejoven YF will close gap between ideas and resources. Fundejoven YF will provide 4 major services: education, advocacy, management support, and linkages to resources worldwide. Fundejoven will provide these services to individuals, groups, communities, and institutions located in Latin America. FYF will operate by providing one and/or several services at the same time in any of the scopes previous mentioned (individuals, groups, communities, and institutions). FYF will develop a support coordination network between countries.
FYF will search in each country for initiatives (individuals, groups, communities, and institutions) that support democracy, non violence culture, and human; and social development. FYF is owned by Fredy Martinez, Judith Almeida and Monica Lozano. They are a team of accredited cared and dedicated professional in the field of Business management, Social and Human development and Counseling.
In the incoming future Fundejoven will be known as the innovative non conventional and successful organization that implemented practical ways to link local initiatives with global resources. In the near future, FYF will be positioned thanks to its unique organization and structure because was created was founded youths based on community needs, gained expansion and international partnerships.
In the next 10 years, the field of human development, education and social empowerment will experience dramatic changes worldwide. The increasing gap between people needing knowledge and resources and the access to tools and means to get it is widening. In the next 10 years overcome this gap will be the major issue between governments, organizations, and business. This gap is happening in a context of volatile political dynamic in South America that threatens the values of democracy like freedom of speech, fair opportunities, and community empowerment. the increasing dogmatism escalated worldwide after the beginning of the Iraq war has diminish tolerance, human rights, mental health conditions, and diversity in poor communities. Therefore it is required initiatives and agents of change to face these challenges. FYF is the linkage to play a major international role in shortening this gap.
